Founded in 1841, the Royal Society of Chemistry serves as an international organization connecting chemical scientists across disciplines and borders. RSC provides essential support and resources to thousands of chemical scientists worldwide and publishes more than 50 journals as part of its mission to develop, recognize, and celebrate professional capabilities while bringing the global chemistry community together to advance new discoveries.
The new platform will enhance the availability of scholarly articles and enable RSC to deliver on its goals to foster and encourage the growth and application of chemical science through improved dissemination of chemical knowledge. When launched, the new RSC site will position the organization for greater interoperability and discoverability through enhanced features and a modern user experience.
"The Royal Society of Chemistry has built a remarkable legacy over nearly two centuries of supporting the chemistry community," said Silverchair CEO Will Schweitzer.
