For the video, we wanted first-person testimonials about what it’s like to work at Silverchair, while also using the opportunity to highlight our office space, location, and company culture, which we identified as, “Winning, Collaborative, and Fun.” The video’s objective was to give job-seekers a more complete and first-hand look into what it’s like to work at Silverchair, and we are satisfied that the end product gives applicants a high-quality, engaging, and insightful look into the company.

Since our founding in 1993, Silverchair has consistently worked with some of the most accomplished names in scholarly and professional information. The work Silverchair does is very difficult and very technical, and what we didn't want in our branding was stock photography and ambiguous icons representing our efforts.
As such, our goal was to create a cohesive, comprehensive branding guide, along with collateral materials (business cards, posters, etc.) that fit the company, the messaging, and the roadmap. The result was a unified look and feel and an inspiration for future designs.
