Take Online Courses and Test Knowledge

The Silverchair LMS's core function is the execution of online courses for student or employee training and professional development and the testing of knowledge before and after course module completion.

• Course player: Students view and listen to courses online. The courses include both a text and audio option and provide multilingual toggling capabilities.

• Training Task List and Transcript: Students use the system to find their assigned training courses to be completed. Students can also easily see their completed courses, receive certificates of completion, and track their credit hours.

• Testing: Pre- and post-tests are an integral part of online learning diagnostics. Administrators can determine the passing scores and with this testing option employees may "test out" of certain training sessions if the knowledge level is determined to be satisfactory. Post-tests determine if the desired knowledge has been properly and fully attained.

• Course Assignment Engine: Administrators can automatically schedule and assign training courses based on a determined set of criteria, such as class, location, department, etc. Administrators can schedule both online and offline courses to more easily manage the organization's overall online learning process.
